Bling Software Appoints Mark Fulks as Chief Product Officer

Pleasanton, Calif., September 10, 2007 – Bling Software, Inc. (www.blingsoftware.com), the company that delivered the Bling PlayerTM, the industry’s only Ajax-based Web client for the mobile handset, today announced it has appointed J2ME expert Mark Fulks as Chief Product Officer. Fulks will oversee engineering and product management for Bling Software.

Fulks joins Bling Software after spending 10 years at Sun Microsystems. Most recently, Fulks served as head of J2ME Platform Development, the world’s most ubiquitous mobile application platform. In that role, Fulks managed Sun’s global J2ME development organization. His team was responsible for development of the J2ME virtual machine, core runtime libraries and developer toolkits that power today’s mobile applications around the globe.
